Amazing product, using 8hz frequency to heal my IBD (Crohns) and 25hz frequency for sleep and anxiety. It works really good. Just be consistent. A 100% better option than Truvaga as it is affordable and allow unlimited session. And the stimulation is felt better than Truvaga as well. Thanks Hoolest for bringing this amazing and affordable product.

If anyone is interested in purchasing a Vagus Nerve Stimulator-I highly recommend the Hoolest VE Relief Prime. This device is very easy to use-has several frequencies and is portable. It comes with removeable electrodes as opposed to the ultrasound gel which is required for other VNS devices. For the last several years I had been using the GammaCore VNS which is VERY expensive (5K) and requires using the goopy gel. In contrast the Hoolest is much easier and I have actually been using it several times a day since it is more convenient. I have also taken it with me on vacation-it’s small and easy to pack. There are 2 versions of the Hoolest. The smaller VeRelief Mini is $199 and comes with 24 electrodes (which last about 7 days each). The larger version-VeRelief Prime is $399 and also comes with the electrodes and a charger. I have the larger version and I highly recommend it. I have noticed a huge reduction in my stress level, and sleep improvements (especially if I use it right before bedtime). It also seems to help my digestion and mood. Highly recommend!!

I absolutely LOVE my VeRelief Prime. It has truly helped me find a deeper state of calm while boosting my focus simultaneously. Using it sometimes before bed has helped my overall sleep quality as well. I would highly recommend this product to anyone struggling with sleep issues, stress, focus, and headaches/nausea etc. It has changed my life for the better. Thank you, Nick. Keep crushing it!

Very impressed with the device. I’ve been testing out various unit like this for stress/pain control. This is by far the best engineered device so far. It works. I especially like the gel nubs that are already hydrated so you don’t have to use messy gels. The 5 different intensity levels, and ability to trigger different nerves is also a superior feature.

I love my VeRelief Prime. I was on the fence for months about Hoolest, just because they're a new company creating a somewhat new technology, but after spending months researching Vagus Nerve Stimulation (reading the scientific studies and trying to comprehend them to the best of my non-STEM abilities), I guessed Hoolest probably makes the best technology for my use case, for Auricular VNS. I have Generalized Anxiety Disorder, social phobia, insomnia, and general stress for which I figured the VeRelief would help. I decided to go with the Prime over the Mini because of the electrodes' advertised increase in comfort (I've never used VNS before, and I was unsure if I would handle any pain well or of it would detract from the soothing experience) and use life, and mainly because of the additional modes/frequencies of which the Prime is capable -- 3 different modes at a frequency for Auricular VNS, a mode at a frequency for Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation, and a mode at a frequency for Median Nerve Stimulation. The ELECTRODES:I bought my Prime about a month ago, before the release of the new electrodes, so the 4 full jars of electrodes I have are the old version. I have not tried the new electrodes. However, the old ones are *very* comfortable and I find they last an *extraordinarily* long time -- I didn't have to change my first pair until a month later, after use every single day, about 4x/day, for anywhere between 5-10min./session. That's a LOT of use. I only changed them when they started zapping me frequently, and they were dirty anyway. However, my boyfriend did NOT find the device useable for the most part: we tested it the day it arrived, and he complained of an unbearable stinging sensation every time he touched it to his skin, no matter where he put it, even at the lowest intensity, when he tested it on his forehead for Trigeminal NS -- the only place he could use the device was on his neck for Auricular VNS (using it on his wrist for Median NS provided absolutely no effect whatsoever). I chalked it up to his skin being naturally extremely dry, while my skin is naturally extremely oily. Still, it seemed a bit strange that our experiences are so vastly different; I bought the Prime with him in mind, since he gets frequent headaches. Unfortunately, he can't use it for that due to the unbearable stinging. So comfort might depend on your skin type, unless it's a different factor entirely (that's just the one that made the most sense to me). The DEVICE: I absolutely love my VeRelief Prime. I keep it by my bed and use it every morning when I wake up, every night when going to bed, and throughout the day when I need to relax. I have (unmedicated) Generalized Anxiety Disorder so I get anxious a lot, and in times when my body is exhibiting sympathetic nervous system activation due to GAD or stress or something else, I use Mode 3 of the Prime for a few minutes and it just melts away -- my heart rate slows, my body relaxes, my sweating ceases... all of which leads to my thoughts mellowing. It really is fantastic. I think my favorite use cases so far are 1) when I let my emotions get the better of me, in those momenta of acute high stress, I use the VeRelief Prime and it brings me back to a state of calm where I can be rational instead of reactional; and 2) as someone with a phobia of most insects, after I spot a gross bug and absolutely flip out --I can't think about anything else and I NEED to get rid of it before it runs off and hides, just to reappear on the wall later (or worse)-- once I deal with it, I use the VeRelief Prime to calm myself back down quickly, so I'm not just waiting for my body to naturally calm down, which takes a while. There was one time right before bed when the bug hid in the bedroom and I couldn't find it, but I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep if I couldn't locate and remove it; after giving up the desperate search, I decided to see if the VeRelief would really do what it claimed to do, because this was a great scenario to test it... and it absolutely did. The VeRelief Prime calmed me down so much, to the point that I was actually able to drift off to sleep fairly quickly. As such, I must insistently recommend this product to those people who suffer from any type of phobias -- and I believe it would probably help quite a bit with people who suffer from panic attacks and panic disorder as well, due to the nature of those illnesses. Anytime your sympathetic nervous system is in overdrive and you want/need it to be calmed the hell down FAST, this little, powerful device is the most amazing, effective thing for it. I also love it for insomnia or even just to relax a little bit more deeply right before going to sleep; I tend to fall asleep while holding it to my neck because it's so relaxing and I tend to use to for long sessions at a time (which is totally unnecessary; I just really love the relaxing feeling it provides!). Bottom line: I absolutely love my VeRelief Prime!!! \m/
