For VeRelief Mini
- Shipping is free for all VeRelief Mini orders.
- VeRelief Mini will ship within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your device has shipped.
- For now, we only ship in the United States (but we will be giving other parts of the world the benefits of VeRelief soon).
- Shipments are sent via USPS ground
- Shipping times vary; orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days (carrier processing can impact this time frame)
- Expedited shipping is not available at this time.
For VeRelief Prime
- Shipping is free for all VeRelief Prime orders.
- VeRelief Prime units are currently built-to-order and ship within 6-8 weeks. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your device has shipped.
- For now, we only shipping the United States (but we will be giving other parts of the world the benefit of VeRelief soon). If you have any other questions, please reach out to us at support@hoolest.com.

For VeRelief Electrodes
- Customers must pay a flat shipping fee for VeRelief Electrode re-orders.
- Shipping is free for orders over $49.95.
- VeRelief Electrodes will ship within 48 hours of purchase. You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your device has shipped.

Returns
For all VeRelief models
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it in the original packaging within 60 days after receiving it. To submit are turn please contact us first through this form and include the mail address you used to place the order, your order number and a brief explanation for requesting a return or exchange (this will help us continue to improve the experience).
We will follow up with you with instructions for how to return your VeRelief product for a full refund within 60 days (a $10 return shipping and handling fee will be deducted from the total refund value). Your VeRelief product needs to be returned with all of its parts and accessories (except for used VeRelief electrodes), in working condition and in the original, undamaged packaging. Failure to return in proper condition will result either in rejection of the claim or a repackaging fee (15% of the original retail price).
In order to be eligible for a full refund, you must return the product with at least 4 jars of sealed and unopened Small VeRelief Electrodes (if VeRelief Mini) and 3 jars of sealed and unopened Large VeRelief Electrodes (if VeRelief Prime).

For VeRelief Electrodes
We only accept unopened and unused VeRelief Electrode jars. All electrodes must be sealed within the original clear jar in order to be eligible for a refund.
There is no refund for your original outbound shipping fee.

Hoolest is unable to process returns if you purchased from an authorized reseller. Please contact your reseller if you wish to return your product.
Returns for Products Purchased Using Rewards Points
If you are returning a product that was purchased using a discount from redeemed Rewards Points, then you will receive a refund of the total dollar amount you paid for that product.If you purchase a second product using Rewards Points from an original product purchase and you decide to return the original product (within the 60-day refund window), the total discount you received from the second product purchase will be withheld from the total refund amount on the original product purchase.
