I have been using the VeRelief Mini for a couple of weeks now. My objective is to utilize the device to help me remain calm and focused during the day, while providing me restful sleep at night. It's early in my use of the product, but I am confident that the device is working well for me. I will follow the recommended protocol, and continue to use the VeRelief Mini in highly stressful situations.

This has been a great tool for my young son as well as myself who deal with anxiety on a daily basis. He has tried several other methods for calming down but this has given us the quickest response time and no additional meds are going into him. We love it and recommend it to lots of people we meet!

A friend of mine got a VeRelief Mini and after I tried it I immediately ordered one for myself. I am raising a special needs child and the stress level in our home is generally very high. Using the VeRelief Mini helps me so much when I need to take a few minutes to calm my nervous system. It exponentially improves my ability to regain my calm in a short period of time. I can not begin to express just how much this little pocket vagus nerve stim device has helped! Especially when out in public and you are not able to "close your eyes and do your breathing exercises" to calm down ( example: out to dinner with friends at a restaurant ) you can just whip this puppy out and continue to be at the table ( or office mtg...) I find people much more accepting of this rather than breathing exercises or tapping meridian points....and a WHOLE LOT MORE EFFECTIVE !!!! Worth every single penny.

I can't believe this little device actually works. I tried it a couple times and had to buy my own. I got my delivery this morning and have been using it all throughout the day. Every hour or so I bust it out for a 4 minutes session (2 minutes, or 6 cycles on each side of my neck). The results are calming and relaxing. It's also an enjoyable 4 minutes due to the pleasurable sensation experienced around my ear, parts of my head and face. The best part is no fear of side affects, I used to use Benzos, which are full of side affects, including a hangover. I can't wait to try this during an actual panic attack. Thank you Hoolest for creating such an awesome tool for people like me (or anyone looking for relaxation and relief from stress that's not artificial i.e. chemical/substance induced). I will be a life long customer and will tell everyone I know. Nick is a genius, thank you (and anyone else involved) for sharing your research and hard work with us all. P.S. After longer use of this product (a year or so) I'll update my review with the "longer-term" experiences.
