Shipping and Returns Policy


Shipping

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. For international orders, free shipping is not available, and import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply upon reaching the destination country. These fees are the buyer's responsibility. Orders are declared at their retail value, and Hoolest cannot predict import fees.

International shipments use DHL/UPS and generally take 4-10 days. Once shipped, Hoolest is not responsible for carrier delays or issues. If there are problems, contact the shipping courier first; for further assistance, you can reach us at support@hoolest.com.

Handheld VeRelief Models (Prime & Reset)

Shipping is free for VeRelief Prime orders within the USA. Orders typically arrive in 4-6 business days via UPS Ground.

Hoolest Pro

Shipping is free within the USA for Hoolest Pro (Limited Founder's Edition) orders. Orders from Batch 1 will begin shipping in Summer 2025. Estimated delivery times and tracking details will be provided once the product ships.

VeRelief Gels (Activator Gels)

Shipping fees apply to re-orders unless your order totals $39.95 or more. Orders ship within two business days, with domestic delivery estimated at 3-6 business days. Buyers must report any damages within 10 days.

Hoolest Sleep (GABA + L-Theanine)

Shipping is free within the USA for bundles of 3 or more bottles, subscriptions, or orders totaling $39.95 or more. Single bottle orders may incur shipping fees. Orders ship within 1-2 business days, with domestic delivery estimated at 3-5 business days. Buyers must report any damages within 10 days.

Expedited & Express Shipping (USA Only)

We now offer expedited and express shipping options within the USA. Shipping charges will be determined based on destination and package size & weight. Expedited and priority orders placed before 10 am MST will ship out the same day, while those placed after 10 am MST will ship out the following business day.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 business days and are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Once your order is confirmed, it will be fulfilled, and you will receive an email confirmation once it ships. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday or Tuesday. Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Policy for Holiday Fulfillment

During the holiday season, please note that our order fulfillment and shipping schedules may be temporarily adjusted to accommodate increased demand and observed holidays. Orders placed during holiday periods will be processed and shipped on the next available business day following the holiday closures.

To ensure timely delivery, we recommend placing your orders in advance of major holidays. For assistance or inquiries regarding holiday shipping, please reach out to our support team at support@hoolest.com.

Gel Tips Monthly Subscription

Subscription Start & Billing Date

Your subscription begins the month following your sign-up. Your recurring billing date matches the date of your initial subscription each month.

Billing & Shipping

You will be charged a discounted subscription rate monthly for the gel tips. You can customize the quantity of gel tips delivered each month. Each order will incur a shipping fee.

Pause or Suspend Subscription

Subscriptions can be paused or suspended temporarily if you have sufficient gel tips. Manage subscription status by logging into your online account.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime. To cancel your subscription, please email support@hoolest.com before your next billing date.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers with insurance protection should contact us for a replacement. Without insurance, file a claim directly with the courier.


Returns and Refunds

General Refund Policy (Hardware & Non-Consumables)

Hoolest offers a 60-day trial for hardware and non-consumable products (e.g., VeRelief Prime, Reset, Hoolest Pro, MiniMax PEMF device) starting from the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, products must be returned in original packaging and like-new condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Damaged products or those missing packaging may only receive a partial refund or be refused.

Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Credit is applied to the original payment method, and a $10 fee covers processing. Refunds may take up to 10 days to reflect in your account.

Please note: Returns for the MiniMax PEMF device are subject to a $30 restocking fee.

Specific Policies for Consumable Products

Consumable products (e.g., VeRelief Gels/Activator Gels, 90-day supply of rehydration solutions, "Big Jar" solutions) are exempt from returns once opened due to health and safety reasons. Unopened consumable products may be returned within 60 days from delivery, subject to the general refund policy above (including $10 processing fee and return shipping responsibility).

Specific Policy for Hoolest Sleep (GABA + L-Theanine)

Returns are not necessary for refunds, and we will not accept returned Hoolest Sleep products for food safety reasons.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first order of Hoolest Sleep (risk-free trial), starting from the delivery date. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply email support@hoolest.com to request a full refund—no questions asked. This applies even to partially consumed bottles and is limited to no more than 3 bottles to prevent abuse.

For repeat orders or subscriptions experiencing shipping delays, damages, or incorrect items, contact support@hoolest.com for a refund or replacement.

Subscribers who wish to cancel must do so before their next billing date, as the order may already be in processing. Cancellations after billing are not eligible for refunds but can be paused or adjusted via your online account.

When refunds are approved, they will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method (minus any applicable shipping fees from the original order). Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account. A $10 processing fee applies to all refunds.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing delays. If issues persist, email support@hoolest.com.

Extended refund requests beyond 30 days (up to 60 days) may be considered with management approval but will incur a $15 processing fee instead of $10. Requests beyond 60 days are not eligible.

RTS (Return to Sender) Packages

If a package is returned to Hoolest due to address issues or other customer-related reasons, customers who choose not to have the package reshipped will incur a flat fee of $20 for domestic shipments and $30 for international shipments. Exceptions may apply and are subject to management approval.

If a customer wishes to have the package resent to their shipping address on record, they will be responsible for the estimated shipping cost.

Package Intercept Requests

If a customer requests a shipping courier intercept (if available) and we are successful in getting the package intercepted and returned to Hoolest, the quoted intercept fee will be subtracted from the refund amount in addition to the $10 restock fee.

Limitations on Money-Back Guarantee

The 60-day money-back guarantee applies only to the first unit purchased. It does not extend to additional units, regardless of product type.

Hoolest Pro units must be returned with all original accessories, including modular stimulators, gels, and packaging, to qualify for a refund under the 60-day money-back guarantee. The 60-day trial period begins on the date the headphones are delivered to the customer.

Extended Return Window: Returns requested beyond the 60-day period but within a 90-day window will incur a $15 restocking fee rather than the standard $10. Returns beyond 90 days require management approval.

Include your name, order number, and packing slip in your package. Returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt during business days.


Damaged Items

Please inspect your product upon receipt and report damages within 10 days by emailing support@hoolest.com with photo or video proof.


Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are applied to the original payment method within 10 days after approval. To expedite the process, include the original packaging slip with your return. Items that are defective or damaged can be exchanged; please contact support@hoolest.com to request an exchange.


Shipping & Returns Policy Update for Holiday Fulfillment

Please be aware that during holiday periods, order fulfillment, returns, and warranty processing may experience temporary delays. Any requests submitted during observed holidays will be processed on the next available business day following the holiday closures.
