Is there a warranty?
We offer a 1 year warranty from the day you purchase your product. If there are any defects with the product related to manufacturing during your first year of use, we will replace it or repair it free of charge.
We do not offer replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged products.
What are your shipping times?
Typical Schedule: products are shipped within 1-2 days of order placement and delivered within 3 days depending on where you live and the type of shipping label you purchase.
Holiday Schedule: products are shipped within 5-7 days of order placement. Delivery times may be delayed due to increased national shipping activity.
Products only ship to the United States, Canada, and Australia.
Expedited shipping is currently not available.
My tracking number isn’t working / I’m not sure where my order is.
