Hoolest Performance Technologies stands behind the quality and performance of every device we make. This warranty policy outlines the coverage, terms, and support available for your VeRelief products.


Warranty Coverage by Product

VeRelief Prime ($299 Version)

  • 1-Year Warranty from delivery date
  • 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee

VeRelief Prime ($199 Version)

  • 90-Day Warranty from delivery date
  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Certified Refurbished VeRelief Prime

  • 90-Day Limited Warranty from delivery date
  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
  • Note: Minor cosmetic imperfections and surface wear are not covered under warranty

Hoolest Care Plan / Annual Membership

  • Lifetime Warranty while membership remains active
  • Covers up to 3 Hoolest devices (Prime, Pro, Mini, Reset, and future models)
  • Membership purchases are non-refundable
  • Replaces post-warranty repair fees for all covered devices

The warranty period begins on the date your original order is confirmed as delivered, according to the carrier tracking information.


What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal, intended use within the warranty period. If a defect is confirmed, Hoolest Performance Technologies will repair or replace your device at no cost to you.

For domestic customers, we provide a prepaid return shipping label. Replacement units may be new, refurbished, or equivalent models depending on availability.

We encourage customers to carefully review the user manual and product guide before initiating a warranty service claim. Should you have any questions about product operation or believe your product may have a defect, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Products purchased from anyone other than Hoolest or an authorized reseller
  • Damage from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Hoolest Performance Technologies authorized personnel
  • Misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents
  • Loss, theft, or liquid exposure
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

Customer-Induced Damage: If a customer performs any actions that compromise the device—including those explicitly advised against by Hoolest Performance Technologies—any subsequent warranty claims will incur a $39 service fee along with applicable shipping costs. This policy ensures that devices are used within the recommended guidelines to maintain optimal performance and longevity.


How to Start a Warranty Claim

For any warranty issues, please email support@hoolest.com.

In your email, please include:

  • Your full name
  • Your four-digit or five-digit order number
  • A detailed description of the problem you're experiencing
  • Your current shipping address
  • Photo or video proof of the defect (if available)

Recording a short video of the issue is encouraged to support your claim, but we understand that not all issues can be visually demonstrated. Our team will inform you if such evidence is required.

For international warranty service, photo and video evidence is required to support alleged product defects.


Replacement and Return Process

In an effort to expedite the resolution of warranty claims, upon receiving proof of the defect (if required), Hoolest Performance Technologies will send out a replacement unit free of charge. This replacement package will include a return envelope and a shipping label for the defective unit.

Return Timeline: Customers are expected to return the defective unit within 7 business days of receiving the replacement. If the defective unit is not shipped back within this timeframe, the customer may be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement unit.

International Warranties: For international customers, replacements will be sent without the need to return the defective unit.


Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your device for any reason, you can return it within the guarantee period for a full refund.

Guarantee Periods by Product:

  • VeRelief Prime ($299): 60 days from delivery
  • VeRelief Prime ($199): 30 days from delivery
  • Certified Refurbished Prime: 30 days from delivery
  • Hoolest Care Plan / Annual Membership: Non-refundable

How to Request a Refund:

Email support@hoolest.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Return Requirements:

  • Products must be returned in original packaging
  • Products must be in like-new condition with minimal signs of use
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
  • Damaged products or those missing packaging may only receive a partial refund or be refused

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days of receiving your return
  • Credit is applied to your original payment method
  • A $10 processing fee is deducted from all refunds
  • Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear in your account

Please note: The money-back guarantee applies only to the first unit purchased of each product type. It does not extend to additional units.


Post-Warranty Repair Service (Non-Members)

After your warranty period has ended, customers can still receive repair services for their VeRelief product.

Repair Service Details:

  • Flat fee: $39 plus shipping costs (both ways)
  • Applies to: VeRelief Prime, VeRelief Pro, VeRelief Reset, and other eligible models
  • Available while parts and inventory last

To initiate the repair process, please contact support@hoolest.com. Customers will be responsible for shipping the unit to our repair facility and covering return shipping costs.

Hoolest Care Plan Members: Active members receive lifetime repair and replacement coverage with no service fees while their membership remains active and in good standing.


Hoolest Care Plan / Annual Membership Coverage Details

The Hoolest Care Plan provides lifetime warranty coverage on up to 3 eligible Hoolest devices while your membership is active.

Coverage Includes:

  • Up to 3 devices from any combination of VeRelief models (Prime, Pro, Reset, Mini)
  • Future Hoolest devices added to your account (within the 3-device limit)
  • Unlimited repairs and replacements for covered defects on registered devices
  • No service fees or repair charges

Important Terms:

  • Coverage is limited to 3 devices total per membership
  • Devices must be registered to your account to receive coverage
  • Coverage applies only while membership payments are current
  • If membership lapses, devices revert to their original warranty terms (if still within the original warranty period) or become eligible for paid repair service
  • Membership purchases are non-refundable
  • Coverage applies to devices purchased before, during, or after membership enrollment
  • All warranty exclusions listed in this policy still apply (misuse, unauthorized repair, etc.)

To file a claim as a Care Plan member, follow the same warranty claim process outlined above. Please mention your active membership in your support email.


Legacy Products: VeRelief Mini

The VeRelief Mini model has been discontinued. However, we continue to support existing Mini owners under the following terms:

U.S. Customers with Discontinued Mini Units:

You have the option to upgrade to a VeRelief Reset at no additional charge beyond the $39 post-warranty repair fee plus shipping both ways. This fee applies regardless of whether you choose to repair your current Mini device or upgrade to the VeRelief Reset.

International Customers with Discontinued Mini Units:

If available, you may receive a refurbished VeRelief Mini. If not available, you will be upgraded to the VeRelief Reset. In both cases, the $39 post-warranty repair fee plus shipping costs (both ways) will apply.

Please note that the device upgrade itself is free of additional charges beyond the standard repair fee and shipping costs.


International Warranty Coverage

As of January 12, 2024, Hoolest Performance Technologies discontinued international warranty services for countries outside our current shipping scope. We now exclusively offer warranty support in the countries where we directly ship.

Countries with Full Warranty Support:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • United Kingdom
  • Australia

For Customers Outside These Regions:

Customers residing in countries not supported by our shipping services are encouraged to contact our support team at support@hoolest.com for further information and assistance regarding their options. Repair or parts replacement may be offered at cost, depending on availability. While we regret any inconvenience this change may cause, this policy update ensures that we can continue to provide efficient and effective support to our customers within our operational regions.


Important Legal Information

Proof of Purchase: Proof of purchase is required to initiate any warranty claim or money-back guarantee request.

Warranty Eligibility: This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Hoolest Performance Technologies or an authorized reseller.

Disclaimer: Hoolest Performance Technologies does not authorize anyone, including but not limited to retailers, remote purchasers, or subsequent consumer purchasers of the product from a retailer, to obligate Hoolest Performance Technologies in any way beyond the terms set forth herein.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary by state or country.
