 VeRelief Mini and VeRelief Prime Models - 1-Year Warranty

To receive a VeRelief replacement under warranty, you must reach out to our support team and initiate the warranty process according to the guidelines in this policy. This warranty does not apply to products purchased from anyone other than Hoolest or an authorized reseller, or damage that Hoolest Performance Technologies determines to be from repairs made or attempted by anyone other than Hoolest Performance Technologies authorized personnel, including misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, or accidents. The warranty period starts on the date the original purchased unit is delivered.

We encourage customers to carefully review the user manual and product guide before initiating a warranty service claim. Should you have any questions about product operation or believe your product may have a defect, please contact our customer service team for assistance before initiating a warranty claim.

How Do I Start the Warranty Process?

For any warranty issues, please email support@hoolest.com. You may be required to provide photo or video proof of any defects to support your claim. Please maintain photos and videos of any alleged defects.

For international warranty service, photo and video evidence is required to support alleged product defects.

Initiating the Warranty Process

For any warranty issues, please email support@hoolest.com. Indicate the problem you're experiencing, provide your four-digit order number, and ensure your address is current. Recording a short video of the issue is encouraged to support your claim, but we understand that not all issues can be visually demonstrated. Our team will inform you if such evidence is required.

Replacement and Return Process

In an effort to expedite the resolution of warranty claims, upon receiving proof of the defect (if required), Hoolest Performance Technologies will send out a replacement unit free of charge. This replacement package will include a return envelope and a shipping label for the defective unit.

Customers are expected to return the defective unit within 7 business days of receiving the replacement. If the defective unit is not shipped back within this timeframe, the customer may be charged for the shipping cost of the replacement unit.

Disclaimer: Hoolest Performance Technologies does not authorize anyone, including, but not limited to, retailers, remote purchasers or the subsequent consumer purchaser of the product from a retailer to obligate Hoolest Performance Technologies in any way beyond the terms set forth herein

Please note that as of January 12, 2024, Hoolest Performance Technologies has discontinued international warranty services for countries outside our current shipping scope. We now exclusively offer warranty support in the countries where we directly ship, which currently includes Australia, Canada, and the United States. This change is due to our inability to sustain warranty claims in nations outside of our shipping network.

Customers residing in countries not supported by our shipping services are encouraged to contact our support team at support@hoolest.com for further information and assistance regarding their options. While we regret any inconvenience this change may cause, this policy update ensures that we can continue to provide efficient and effective support to our customers within our operational regions.

What does the warranty not cover?

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or abuse, accident, liquids, including but not limited to, water or lotions, the attachment of any unauthorized accessories, alteration to the product, improper use, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper use of electrical power supply, loss of power, variation in line voltage, dropped product, malfunction or damage of an operating part from failure to provide manufacturer's recommended maintenance, transportation damage, theft, neglect, vandalism or environmental conditions, loss of use during the period the product is at the VeRelief repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Hoolest Performance Technologies.

This warranty provided herein shall be the sole and exclusive warranty. There shall be no other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness, or any other obligation on the part of the company with respect to products covered by this warranty. Hoolest Performance Technologies shall have no liability for any incidental, consequential or special damages. In no event shall this warranty require more than the repair or replacement of any part or parts which is found to be defective within the effective warranty period. No refunds will be given. If replacement parts for defective materials are not available, Hoolest Performance Technologies reserves the right to make product substitutions in lieu of repair or replacement.

This warranty does not extend to the purchase of opened, used, repaired, repackaged, and/or resealed products, including but not limited to the sale of such products on Internet auction sites and/or sales of such products by surplus or bulk resellers. Any and all warranties or guarantees shall immediately cease and terminate as to any products or parts thereof that are repaired, replaced, altered, or modified without the prior express and written consent of Hoolest Performance Technologies.

This warranty provides you with specific legal rights. You may have additional rights, which may vary from state to state. Because of individual state regulations, some of the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty is effective for all VeRelief products purchased through a Hoolest Performance Technologies website within the timelines covered. Any modifications or adaptations to enable it to operate in any other country are not covered under this warranty.
