I enjoy using this device to stimulate my vagus nerve. It has helped to calm me down in the evening and prime me for sleep. I pretty much keep it on the highest setting at all times, and I can feel the electricity going into the nerves within my neck without any serious discomfort. I would describe my experience of using it on the lightest setting as a powerful buzzing/tingling sensation felt within the neck and ear, causing a momentary mild quivering of my neck muscles which I easily tolerate and that stops immediately when I release the device from my neck.
