How long does a pair last?
A pair lasts up to 2 weeks or about 20 uses, whichever comes first.
How do I know it's time for a fresh pair?
Swap sooner if you notice any of these: sessions feel weaker, the tip looks dull or dry, or the sensation feels sharper than usual.
My sessions feel weak. Is it the gels or my device?
The most common cause of weak sessions is old gel tips that have lost conductivity. Try a fresh pair first. If your device works with new tips, the old pair was simply past its lifespan.
If you still notice an issue after swapping in a fresh pair, contact support@hoolest.com and we will troubleshoot your device directly.
What are the gel tips made of?
A soft, cosmetic-grade, non-toxic hydrogel that's gentle on sensitive skin. No alcohol and no synthetic fragrance, and the tips are vegan, cruelty free and gluten free.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. The tips are ISO 10993 skin-contact certified and made with no alcohol or synthetic fragrance.
If you have specific skin concerns, consult your healthcare provider before use.
Are these the same tips that came with my device?
Yes. Same formula, same hydrogel technology, same ISO-certified skin safety. Replenishments come in sealed pouches of 12 pieces (6 pairs) each.
How should I store them?
Keep unopened pouches sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Properly stored, unopened gel tips stay fresh for up to 2 years.
Can more than one person use the same tips?
Technically, yes, but for hygiene and performance we recommend using your own set. Gel tips are affordable and easy to swap out.
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once for the supply you choose. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Do I need a discount code?
No. Your saving goes into your cart automatically when you tap Add to Cart.
The saving cannot be combined with some device offers, so with one of those in the same cart your gel tips may show at the store price. Questions? Email support@hoolest.com.
What do the crossed-out prices mean?
They show what the same number of pieces would cost at the 12-piece price, so you can see what a bigger supply saves.
Which supply should I choose?
A pair lasts up to 2 weeks or about 20 uses, whichever comes first. At one pair every two weeks, 12 pieces (6 pairs) last about 3 months (12 weeks), 24 pieces (12 pairs) about 6 months (24 weeks) and 48 pieces (24 pairs) about 12 months (48 weeks). Use them more often and they go faster.
Unopened gels stay fresh for up to 2 years, so there is no downside to keeping a supply at home.
How fast will my order ship?
All orders ship from our Arizona facility within 1 to 2 business days, and you will receive tracking as soon as your box is on the way. Free standard shipping takes an estimated 4 to 7 business days.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Standard shipping to US addresses is free on every supply here, Alaska and Hawaii included.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to many countries, including the United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. Note that international orders may be subject to customs fees determined by your country.
