If you choose not to purchase Hoolest Shipping Insurance, please note that any products that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit will not be covered by Hoolest. In such cases, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. We recommend contacting the carrier as soon as possible to initiate the claim process. Hoolest will not be responsible for any compensation or replacement of products not covered by our Shipping Insurance.
