The most common cause of weak sessions is old gel tips that have lost conductivity. Try a fresh pair first. If your device works with new tips, the old pair was simply past its lifespan.

Keep unopened pouches sealed at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Properly stored, unopened gel tips stay fresh for up to 2 years.

Technically, yes, but for hygiene and performance we recommend using your own set. Gel tips are affordable and easy to swap out.

Your subscription then renews at the same price every 3, 6 or 12 months by default, about how long that supply lasts at one pair every two weeks, unless you cancel. Using your tips more often? Choose a faster delivery.

Every gel subscription also includes a Lifetime Warranty on your Hoolest devices (up to 1 VeRelief Prime and 1 Hoolest Pro) while your subscription remains active. Unlimited defect replacements plus up to 2 user-damage replacements per year.

12 pieces (6 pairs) last about 3 months, 24 pieces (12 pairs) about 6 months and 48 pieces (24 pairs) about a year, at one pair every two weeks. The bigger the supply, the less each pair costs: $5.67, $4.92 and $4.13 a pair on a subscription.

Subscribing to 24 pieces adds a free Forever Jar to your first box, and 48 pieces adds the Gel Hydration Solution as well.

Same gels, fewer boxes. 12 gel pieces (6 pairs) last about 3 months at one pair every two weeks, so you get one box every 3 months instead of three monthly ones.
