Received my VeRelief Prime 3 days ago. I had one small issue with the delivery as both of the gel tip container lids had come off during transit and the gel tips were rolling around loosely in the package. I contacted customer service and they sent out new gel tips right away. Fantastic customer service. Now as far as the device goes, so far it’s been great. It does take some learning on placement, intensity and mode. I have found I enjoy mode 4 the best. It does intervals of stimulation and rest. I wouldn’t say this is a cure all device (not yet at least) but in the last 3 days my HRV has measured higher than in the last 6 months, my sleep has improved slightly and I have definitely felt more relaxed. I love the pocket sized device, convenient for bringing to work or anywhere you might need it. I think with daily use it will show even more improvement.
