The Verelief Prime has been extremely helpful for relaxation. I was using it in bed to promote sleep and I never even changed over to the Sleep mode. I discovered that using the device in mode 1 while laying down, I was often unable to stay awake to finish a treatment of 5 minutes per side! I have altered my treatment to sit in a chair and complete the treatment before getting in bed.
I have also used the Verelief for relaxation to be more productive working. When I find myself unable to concentrate because I have too many pressure situations drawing my attention, the unit has allowed me to calm down and focus with a meditation or breathing exercise while using the device. I have a Gen 1 VeRelief Prime. I used it effectively to mitigate my work stress when I first got it. It worked so well ( along with other non-pharmaceutical things ) that had not used it in a while as I was soo much better. Honestly I forgot I had it.... fast forward to a few days ago.. The data was peer reviewed and accepted by a board of expert biomedical engineers and neuroscientists as part of a Ph.D. program.
