Shipping & Returns Policy Update for Holiday Fulfillment

Please note the following temporary adjustments to our fulfillment schedule during the holiday season:

  • Thanksgiving Week: Orders placed from Wednesday, November 27th through Friday, November 29th will not be processed or shipped until Monday, December 2nd.
  • Christmas Week: Orders placed from Friday, December 20th through Thursday, December 26th will resume processing on Monday, December 30th.
  • New Year’s Week: Orders placed from Monday, December 30th through Wednesday, January 1st will begin processing on Thursday, January 2nd.

We recommend placing orders in advance to ensure timely delivery during these periods If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our support team.

Is there a warranty?

We offer a 1 year warranty from the day you purchase your product. If there are any defects with the product related to manufacturing during your first year of use, we will replace it or repair it free of charge.


We do not offer replacements for lost, stolen, or damaged products.
