I've had mine for 3 months and I am astounded that it actually works. For some reason I have a lot of anxiety in the early mornings. I can calm myself down, feeling immediate relief in seconds. I generally use it for 2 to 5 minutes on each side. Oddly enough I get more relief on the left side of my ear than the right side. However, reading the instruction manual carefully, I found that I get a better effect on the cervical nerve on my neck near the throat for the right side. I would strongly recommend getting the gel tip subscription also, because the gel tips dry out over time. After using it for 3 months, I have less bloating and cut down on the numerous trips to the bathroom.

The build quality of the device is cheap and the gel, accessory tips, and accessories are far overpriced. Customer service has been terrible, shipments come in late. Very unhappy with this product. It was stored safely and contacted support and they responded the battery is not working and can charge a fee to fix if I pay the fee and shipping round trip... For what? For a defect that was not my fault? Now it is stuck blinking on the first battery level and they won't give a refund... Shame
