I've had mine for 3 months and I am astounded that it actually works. For some reason I have a lot of anxiety in the early mornings. I can calm myself down, feeling immediate relief in seconds. I generally use it for 2 to 5 minutes on each side. Oddly enough I get more relief on the left side of my ear than the right side. However, reading the instruction manual carefully, I found that I get a better effect on the cervical nerve on my neck near the throat for the right side. After using it for 3 months, I have less bloating and cut down on the numerous trips to the bathroom.
